NON-MEMBER OBSERVERS
*Under Article 5.1.1 of the CISPE Articles of Association, as modified on 2 October 2026 by CISPE’s General Assembly, IaaS providers headquartered outside the EU, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom with a global cloud sales turnover exceeding €10 billion are not eligible to be members of the Association. However, they can remain Observers of the Association. Observers are not members, therefore do not pay membership fees, do not form part of the General Assembly and are not eligible to be elected to the Board or other management functions of CISPE.
